A short post for this busy week. Keeping designs simple can often be a key to success. New products do not have to have the kitchen sink thrown in. I have seen some beautiful and elaborate packaging from Etsy store owners but how much does that add to the cost to the product? Elegant, simple, and functional packaging may be better. If your margins are good enough to spend extra, would branded freebies be a better choice?
I have one digital design that has outperformed every other listing I have across print on demand sites (numbers sold). It is just one word. It uses one color. I used the POD website’s editor to make it.
